This Bayswater business, located on a decrepit muddy lot, and operated out of a ramshackle shed without computers or a sales team, was, nevertheless, very profitable. Installations were all done by sub-contractors. The buyers were a husband/wife team, ex bankers with MBAs, who spent $3m to buy the business.
